Activities of the BFTI cover need-based consultancy services. The BFTI provides policy advice to the private sector and the Government on the WTO, regional and bilateral trade issues, with a view to developing negotiating strategies by the Government and helping the private sector identify the opportunity provided by the WTO and regional agreements. The BFTI also undertakes market research through consultancy assignments. The consultancy services are provided by the permanent staff as well as short-term and part-time experts. |
