Certificate Giving Ceremony of the Training Program on ‘Rules and Procedures for Import and Export’ held on 10 July 2025

The certificate giving ceremony of the training program titled ‘Rules and Procedures for Import and Export’, initiated and organized by Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute (BFTI), was held on 10 July 2025 at the Academic Block, BFTI, TCB Bhaban, 1, Karwan Bazar, Dhaka-1215. The 3-day training program started on July 8, 2025, and successfully concluded on July 10, 2025.   

Mr. Md. Abdur Razzak (Additional Secretary), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), BFTI, chaired the certificate-giving ceremony and highlighted the importance of skilled manpower, system development, knowledge dissemination and the existing procedures and policies related to export-import.  

This BFTI training program covered the understanding of sector-specific import and export documentation, banking formalities and customs regulations and procedures to the benefit of businesses.  

A total of 38 participants from the Bangladesh Bank, Ministry of Commerce (MoC), Bangladesh Trade and Tariff Commission (BTTC), Office of the Chief Controller of Imports & Exports (CCI&E), Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC), Square Toiletries Limited, Northern Tosrifa Group, N.R. Group, Classical Leather & Footwear Products Ltd, GPH Ispat Limited, BLJ Bangladesh Corporation Ltd., Blue Ocean Footwear Ltd., Delta pharma limited, Eskayef Pharmaceuticals Ltd., Incepta Pharma, Bangladesh VAT Professionals Forum, Naz and Naz Traders, Nourish, and Tex Challengers Asia attended the training program.
