(BFTI) and University of Dhaka, Tourism and Hospitality Management (DTHM) department signed MoU to co-operate in research activities, relevant educational programs/trainings of mutual interest, creation of Tourism Research Center and any other activities relevant for the development. BFTI-DTHM Center for Tourism is the outcome of this MoU.

Bangladesh Foreign Trade Institute (BFTI) and Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) jointly organized a seminar on Thursday, February 12, 2015 on Possible Implication of EU-India FTA and EU-Vietnam FTA on Bangladesh’s Exports. Mr. Tofail Ahmed, MP, Hon’ble Minister, Ministry of Commerce, GoB was present as Chief Guest and Mr. Shahriar Alam, MP, Hon’ble State Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Govt. of Bangladesh was present as the Special Guest. Dr. Mostafa Abid Khan presented the key note paper.
